2022 WINGMASTERS ANNUAL PICNIC

WELCOME TO OUR 2022 WINGMASTERS ANNUAL PICNIC

We will hold our annual club picnic on Saturday, November 5th at the field with activities starting around 9:30 AM.  

The club will provide sandwiches and water.  Each member is asked to bring either an appetizer, salad, or dessert item to share with 6 to 8 others.

If your last name begins with A thru H please bring an appetizer to share.

If your last name begins with I thru P please bring a salad to share.

If your last name begins with Q thru Z please bring a dessert to share.

Please remember when selecting your dish that it will be sitting out for a couple of hours and will get warm unless you can pack it in a way to keep it chilled.

If you have a folding chair or two please bring them.  Umbrellas or shade covers are optional.  Your spouse, significant other, family member, or an interested friend is welcome.

If you have any aircraft, radios, servos, or other RC related items that you are no longer using please consider bringing them to donate to the club for a raffle which will be held to benefit the club.

Seth and Ethan have volunteered to direct a couple of contests for which there will be prizes.  More details may be posted on our website prior to the event.

It is important that we know how many individuals will be attending with you for purposes of purchasing sandwiches and water.  Please click on the REPLY button, then fill in (on the blank line) the total number in your party who plan on attending, and then click on SEND.  Please respond by OCTOBER 28th so that we have enough time to order the sandwiches.
